#WomenEd West Midlands Leaders Tracy Goodyear and Amy Whittall and co-founder and Strategic Leader, Keziah Featherstone, invite you to a face to face event to celebrate International Women's Day 2023.

The event will be held at Q3 Academy Great Barr which is just off junction 7 of the M6 in north Birmingham.

This an event open to all interested people across the whole region.

Equitable Leadership in the Black Country

5:00 pm - Arrival, refreshments and networking

5:30pm - key note (TBC)

5:50pm - WomenEd TeachMeet


We welcome submissions from any attending colleagues to offer a short 7-10 minute presentation on an aspect of the IWD23 theme, in particular:

- My leadership journey

- Imposter syndrome

- Finding your voice

- Leadership challenges for women

- Finding the balance

- How I picked myself up...

- How I made change for the better in my organisation

- anything else that explores equitable leadership
