We welcome Sarah Mullin, @MrsSarahMullin, and Sarah Martin Denham to Sunderland University.

@WomenEdNE is very excited to welcome two recently published female authors.

Sarah Mullin is the author of What they didn't teach me on my PGCE which captures the voices of over 200 educators who share their heartfelt advice, top tips, honest reflections, disastrous experiences and laugh-out-loud anecdotes about early career teaching. #WomenEd were delighted to contribute a section!

Sarah Martin Denham (with Steve Watts) is the author of The SENCO Handbook, Leading Provision and Practice published by Corwin. This Handbook gives aspiring and practising SENCOs, teachers, Headteachers and Governors an in-depth knowledge and understanding of effective policy, provision and practice to meet the diverse needs of children with special educational needs and disabilities.

Both books are packed with practical ideas to support teachers and leaders. and it's great to celebrate more women becoming authors for #IWD20. 

This is bound to be a popular event so please book your FREE tickets early.
